Candidates on foreign policy

The Council on Foreign Relations is doing some interesting overviews of where the Democratic and Republican presidential hopefuls stand on foreign policy issues. No big surprises on China policy, but worth taking a look. Democrats' positions on Cuba are a little disappointing. Dodd, Kucinich, and Gravel are the only ones sensibly advocating doing away with our current policy. Richardson says he's open to considering changing things, and Obama doesn't have much of a position, at least that CFR can find, though he has voted to cut funding for TV Marti.
