State Department's human rights reports

The U.S. State Department has put out its 2007 country reports on human rights. Two East African countries, Sudan and Eritrea, make the list of the top 10 worst abusers. Meanwhile, Tanzania appears to be free of human rights abuses. Though I didn't check throughly beyond Africa, it seems to be the only country missing a report (except the U.S., of course, we don't have human rights problems). Seeing as Iceland and Sweden have reports, and judging by the URLs of Swaziland and Togo, it would appear that this is a mistake. Though on further examination, when I type in what I would expect would be the URL, there's no page. Maybe Tanzania has achieved perfect human rights after all. Could be why their president always looks so happy.
